Property Management
We do not normally charge for an annual contract. Instead we charge for what we do and give you a monthly statement/invoice so you can see in a timely manner what you are being charged and why. Should you wish to have a fixed yearly, all inclusive contract please talk to us to define your needs and we will naturally give you a quotation.

We will hold a copy of your key(s) in a
secure place. We will release them to yourselves or a nominated person (email instruction required) for free if picked up or for a small charge to your property. This service is free if you take our letting service (sole agent this service).

| Rental Advertising | 50 €/year | This is rental advertising on at least 2 popular web sites |
| Short term rentals we take | 10% of rental price | The rental advertising will be refunded against the first two rentals received. |
| Long Term Rentals - Finders and Contract fee | 100 € | Finding your long term tenant. Reference checks. Drawing up of contacts in Spanish and English. Receipt and banking of a deposit against damage. |
| Long Term Rentals - Monthly charge | 10% of monthly rent (50 € minimum) | Collection and deposit of rents in your account. Utility bills management. Bi-monthly, minimum, visit and inspection of property both externally and internally. Management of daily problems. Primary point of contact. Inventory check pre and post let. |

Very minor maintenance tasks (new bulb, loose handle on door, loose tap etc - 15 minutes) will be rectified during the Letting Cleaning Service FOC. More involved maintenance up to a value set by yourself will be undertaken and reported to you as it happens and in your monthly statement. Beyond your value the maintenance will be classified as significant maintenance |

All maintenance of this type is carried out by skill personnel. Prior to any work you will be a) informed of the problem b) advised of the quotation(s) for the work. c) requested to give the go ahead prior to the commencement of any work. |
